There is no way that anyone would make a deal with him. Certainly not for seven years. For what? That he could convince one of the jurors of his innocence? That he covered it up for years and helped launder money? Without any attempt to somehow save himself? That he went straight on the run? If he was so afraid that "Pinkman men" would kill him in prison, why did he decide to make a deal now? He's not even a fucking witness. He's got nothing to sell to the prosecutor. Maybe he could have gotten a deal for 25 years. But not 7 years. That's just not possible. Even any attempt to come to court with a 7 year deal would not only arouse suspicion, such a lawyer would be immediately checked and suspected of collusion with organized crime. Vince is treating his viewers like idiots. And they show it as if there's no one here but Saul, Hank's wife, and Kim. A lot of people could have been tied up there who had something to do with Gus, Saul, Walt, and others. And they've got a story to tell, too. Seven years. Is this a joke? All the lawyers there would go to jail, along with Saul, for trying such a deal.

It seems they managed to say in court that Saul didn't say anything of value. In any case, a deal this big would be made with you unless you could sell a bigger fish than yourself. I think it was only about the crimes that Saul knew and could tell about. But even assuming his testimony would lead to the arrest of other people... well, then "I was afraid these people would find me even in prison" defense would fall apart completely. What's more, he would go straight into witness protection. But it doesn't sound like anyone suggested that to him. He doesn't know shit. The whole deal about seven years for the viewer is based only on the fact that the prosecutor is scared shitless of a jury for some reason.

>Jeff gets arrested
>makes a plea deal and rats out Saul
>Kim hates Saul when she finds out that he threatened to kill Marion

>Yep.wav

>"you're slippin jimmy! you'll never change!"
>jimmy changes in the end

the scene with chuck and jimmy was kino

Has Kim ever been naked in anything?

>everyone shitposting about timetravel in the stream
was kino watching the finale with you all

Chuckbros we are back

The finale was extremely anticlimactic

Unresolved storylines
>diamonds
>Jeff
>Kim getting sued
>cancer guy

Attached: better_cuck_jimmy.webm (1280x720, 897.19K)

in my bed yeah

he didn't change

He doesn't. He just decides to take his punishment for Kim's sake. He didn't change at all.

>He just decides to take his punishment for Kim's sake
brainlet

diamonds are in the dump probably
jeff is grounded for at least a month
kim will get sued per showrunners
cancer guy died

he never threatened to kill her, moron. The reason he was holding the cord was because he pulled the phone line out. He was never going to strangle her, it was just shot that way to symbolize how much of a criminal he was

Nice
Argument

Why lighter flame co-loured?

>He's got nothing to sell to the prosecutor.
He gave them a bunch of info about the crimes he committed. He was Walt's bagman and knew every detail about his criminal empire. There's literal murderers who spill the beans on the mafia and get zero time in jail. The government doesn't care desu.

Kim Wexler is the best female character in TV history

>The government doesn't care desu.
They tend to care when you're involved with something that killed a couple of their own, one of whom was pretty high up.

BETTER

Based NippyCHAD.
It was the great midwit filter this season. Peak kino.

>kim's bottle topper thing never appears again
>never explained how he got the statue of liberty from the kettlemans
>no follow up with Lyle after Los Pollos Hermanos closes down
>Cliff main's son

hes up to something, hell never change

>jeff got no conclusion
really dropped the ball on that vince

Okay quick recap for speedwatchers:

>Jimmy McGill: From his birth up until that dude steals stuff in his father shop
>Slippin' Jimmy: that's the jimmy we know and see for most of BCS
>Saul Goodman: The evolution of slippin' Jimmy
>Gene Takovic: A fake identity for Saul Goodman

At the end of the trial in last episode, we finally see Jimmy McGill again since the scene in his father's shop

It was an open ending right? Breaking bad sequel with Jimmy in prison?

The thing is thought he had nothing to do with hank and gomie’s murder. Also at this point he was telling the truth that he was being threatened by Walt “you’re done when I say you’re done”

- What if... I could convince one of the jurors?
- Oh, God no... ALRIGHT... your ten life sentences will turn into seven years...
- What if...
- Please, Jimmy...
- But what if...
- Do not do it!
- What if I can convince... TWO JURORS?
- OH HELL FUCK YOU!... Hell, what are you doing, NO NO! Two months in jail and you can walk away free!
(God, what a great prosecutor I am, I haven't lost a case yet.)

CALL

Yeah

SAUL

I felt so bad for Howard during the last seasons, even if he mistreated Kim he did not deserve to be punished that way.

Actually saul dindu nuffin

m.youtube.com/watch?v=NzJMTBSSk60

How is you missing the point of the episode an argument, then?

>no jeff in finale
>no howard flashback
>no skater jews in finale
>no college film crew in finale
>no veterinarian in finale
for shame, vince

True but I suppose that's where Saul's threat to go to a trial with his BS sob story comes into play. It's far easier for that lawyer to make a deal than to risk a trial. At the end of the day, it's not like that lawyer actually cares about justice for Hank and Gomies deaths.

Garbage ending for 80iq redditors

wtf did gould mean by this fucking scene right before the sad ass final scene?

>no follow up with Lyle after Los Pollos Hermanos closes down
Lyle isn't in BrBa so it's >implied he moved or went to college or got a job somewhere else between the two shows.
Better Parole Saul confirmed.
The murders can't be pinned on Saul, but he still was a close associate with the guy who was responsible for that and he claims Walt would have died or been in jail within a month of meeting him if he didn't help him out. That means the government will be more harsh with Saul than if the only people Walt/the Nazis killed were other dealers and manufacturers.

Its super fucking funny that
1. Marie has to go on being the DEA widow and there’s pretty much nothing in her life anymore but weeping about Hank and hanging out with the Feds
2. Walt never gave a single fuck about Marie after killing Hank and just fucking left after talking shit about Hank to Skylar as a trick to help her legally

>changes his mind and confesses after he learns Kim has confessed
How many levels of huffing Vince's farts are you on right now?

>no asian foot massage flashback
dropped

Based ending for +120IQ 4chads

Hey you realize that’s something Chuck said shortly before suicide tight

>THIS is the finale? where's the real footage, Vince?
>Saul Gone, man!

Were they trying to get a Tarantino shot?

>user discovers character development
bravo user

wha happend next, chuky boy?

what could walt have possibly said to marie that would change anything

it was rico, saul presented his side that he was coerced and feared for his life so they dropped a lot of the charges so he would take a guilty plea. it's not a stretch to think a juror would look at the evidence like walt being crazy, killing a nazi gang with an m60, having 10 people murdered in prison in a few minutes including a lawyer who was ratting to the dea and agree with sauls version. the da reduced the sentence to ensure a conviction.

Kim finds out that Saul robbed and drugged a guy with cancer

Please tell me that's actually your brother.

86 years hahaha

why did kim only got 7 years?

I doubt he's had any cases quite as high-profile as Saul's
any trial would be an utter circus and knowing Saul, could drag on for years.

it's fake because who the fuck uses dialup anymore, and even so there's no way she could stream the Better Call Saul commercial over dialup, completely ruined the show for me

Because they are each other's light. Sharing a cigarette was always their form of bond since HHM and it shows that their relationship and comfort in each other is truly rekindled and probably the only color they have left in their now monotone life.

godddd she was so sex in season 6 and the feet shot

That was my girlfriend
I blocked her

>Jimmy McGill
>Age
>50 ("Breaking Bad")
So he's going to die in prison?

Where is the cards user? I'd play

I can't justify the ending in my mind, the more I think about it the worse it feels. Throwing his life away like that willingly is just stupid, nobody would do it for any moral reason.
