Can someone help me find a movie? It's a horror film that I saw on TV in the late 90's. It may have been tv show instead of a film, but I'm not sure. In it, an old man looks out his window and sees a headless ghost of a woman in a white dress floating around on his front lawn. The headless female ghost then enters the house, enters his room and stops infront of him, floating in the center of the room as he panics.
Any idea what this movie/show was called? I've been searching for it for years.

I worked for the VYCC in when I was 21. Their office is a massive barn that's been converted into a very modern building on the inside. Hurricane Sandy caused flooding and I couldnt go home right away bc NJ and NY Amtrak got fucked up. I spent a night with my sleeping bag in the ground floor conference room. I heard a little girl running up and down the steps in the hallway giggling for about an hour. Disnt think much of it because it could have been an employee there picking something up with his kid. Next morning the first person in the office asks "how did you sleep?" I said fine and then I asked bluntly, "Is this place haunted?" His eyes got huge and he just asked "Did you see her!?" Still spooks me sometimes.

No that's what happened. Turna out theres a benevolent little girl that runs around the property and multiple people have seen/heard her. I wasnt scared when I heard her skipping and laughing around the hallway. I was just shook how loud it was and that I really was the only one there that night.

Yes. Ghosts are either:
1) Spirits who are in some sort of limbo/Purgatory waiting for Christ to come back
2) Residual energy that is left over and bleeds out from other dimensions.
