It could be super interesting to use the Ka-Zar & Savage Land if they go full Land of the Lost batshit where the movie doesn't stop moving for shitty "character development".
Wyatt Russell is /ourguy, so he is fine.
FloPugs and whoever Olga is are easily replaceable and are basically the same character. They bring nothing to the movie that will help or save it.
Depending on how they use Julia L-D's, will depend on my interest since that area of the movie can get big quick, though there is nothing wrong with "vibranium raiding" for a private contractor if they do not bloat it, and keep it simple.
Baron Zemo was awesome, but badly used in that Captain Black Falcon show. He singlehandedly saved it just with a dance scene along with Wyatt. They can't use Norman, since Dafoe is probably not interested at this point and he is much older.
They would have to NOT use the worst of the 4th rated benchwarmers like Pugs & Tonkatoymaster, and go with 4th raters they pull out of prisons or facilities (Deadpool 2) in the MCU, or introduce them as they get picked up at cop shops or whatever and being handed over by Damage Control Inc.
