This is correct. These companies only care about making money rather than art or entertainment so they go as cheap as the can and get pajeet and his 100,000 cousins with their Bachelors of ITs and 3 years of experience in a call center to work on computers all day for 2 cents an hour in a job where a westerner wouldn't even dream of working without 60k + salary and benefits because they have a common decency, self-respect and live in a first world country.
