It's absolute kino. It becomes even more kino once you learn Stallone had to come in and edit the movie down drastically so it could play two times an evening to hold its own against top gun. The assembly cut was way longer and had more alleged mind-fuck scenes like all the serial killers going about their day jobs and stuff.
