if it's producers that want the series to succeed, I don't see why not. you have to choose the right project of course.
series like psycho-pass or SAO would work pretty well. any SOL/music/sports series would be very easy to work with as well.

the main character from some anime I can't remember the name of but I do remember the only good thing about it was a few jokes in a few episodes
