He should not be on the run, he literally did not do anything illegal. He only ever did his job. lawyers can't represent criminals now? Whats even the point of having them then?

you missed the parts where he laundered money and was a partner in a drug syndicate

a lawyer doesnt have to tell the cops that their client committed a crime, that would defeat the point

that's not what he meant retard, he meant saul actively participated in the crime and profited from it. your lawyer can't illegally launder money for you or help you bury a body or falsify the registration of a car you stole, those would be illegal things for him to do.

ok name one law he personally broke

Wire fraud

when

Are you conceding and changing the question for banter or do you not know what an accomplice means

When he paid that Russian hacker to set up Walt's charity online

yes but theres a fine line between being an accomplice and simply suggesting a course of action

money laundering (the nail salon and the donations site)
perverting the cause of justice (helping send the wrong man to jail, helping cover up walt's crimes etc)
helping to facilitate drug manufacturing (by helping gus connect with walt, later on helping walt and jesse find a new place to build their lab)
destruction of evidence (destroying the RV)

fair enough
then again we could argue he could be exculpated for everything that happened after he got threatened by jesse and walt because he was acting under duress

Poisoned that kid

He set up the charity scam long before any threats

walt made him. he never would have agreed to it if he knew what he was gonna do. walt told him he was helping jesse, he was saving him

no they hold him at gunpoint in the desert the first time they meet.
it was in last nights episode

Test

>destruction of evidence (destroying the RV)
He didn't destroy the RV, but he did call Hank to cause him to leave, that allowed the RV to be destroyed. But Hank didn't have a Warrent or any evidence to validate the RV related to the crime. If Hank managed to get in that day, Pinkman and Walt would've walked away.

I watched the episode and at best Saul suggested the RV be destroyed but didn't say how. It was the other guy who was repairing the RV to have it taken to the scrap yard to be squashed. (Bless that guy for knowing his shit about the law by telling a cop to fuck off.)

There's a lot of 'ifs' with this show, and if Hank hadn't tried to get into the RV alone and called for backup and a warrant the moment he followed Pinkman to the yard, then he wouldn't have been driven crazy enough to punch out Jesse.. then he wouldn't have had his gun taken away and he could've avoided the shoot out with the twins.

You're not good at this you fucking tard, or funny. Go fuck yourself

He actively sought Walt out after he got Badger off the hook. He might have been able to mitigate by saying he was under duress but he also laundered a lot of his own money and then cut and run as soon as shit hit the fan
