It was a good kind of anticlimax IMO. It was a firefight that went down like real firefights do. Gus's planning and contingencies were logical if you look at it from Gus's POV, the whole thing seemed believable and was laid out in a way that was understandable and could be followed and, to a degree, predicted. No bullshit. Storytelling as it should be.
