Overdose when?

He's not wrong.

Taika David Cohen is a huge alcoholic and an absolute hack idiot but he's right in this one instance

That's a subtle Hitler moustache

He’s not wrong. Some studio inference is why the lord of the rings movies were so great and Peter Jackson himself admitted this. Directors can have big egos and fall too much in love with what they film and it blinds their judgement. Having some executives and producers give their unbiased opinions can and does make movies better.

>too stupid to get a joke

The point is his statement stinks of irony considering what a fucking trainwreck love and thunder is. It's clear he was fully given the reigns and he fucked it up. Nomies are catching on that this guy is a juvenile hack that compulsively forces himself into everything he makes now

>I was just pretending to be retarted XD

he wasn't pretending to be retarded. he was trying to rile the "Le PopULar is Le baD" posers

>compulsively forces himself into everything he makes
he's just an auteur
all his films are the same
you either like it or you don't
it's like if you had Woody Allen make a marvel film

so the theatrical release of Thor Love & Thunder is the restrained version?

>Cohen

This but from birth

Just like every one of Waititi's jokes it hits you over the head with sledgehammer.

It's not a train wreck. Its just become a parody of itself. It was a pretty entertaining movie with some funny parts but Thor movies have turned into one bit giant snl skit. Doesn't mean it's awful, it's just a strange direction to go, it's like they don't want us to take him or anything to do with him seriously.

That’s only if it’s a *person* giving their opinions, not a soulless bean-counter or a fucking focus group.

hopefully pretty fucking soon.

Rolling for tomorrow
