It came out in back 2010, when people still had some resemblance of decency. It's referred to as a tranny game today because it has a large cult following of trannies, who grew up playing it in their childhood and late teens. They also have an autistic hateboner for all post-Morrowind Bethesda games.

I actually replayed F3 and it was “okay”.
Really the only issue is that every single fucking mission is basically about going into some shitty building where the hallways look the same and it gets tiresome after like the 10th mission.
And the story is stupid. And weapon variety is low. And the DLCs are short and linear.
But it’s a perfectly good 7/10 game imho.
