I had to look up "Greek Life", it means fraternities apparently. There are some, but they are different to american ones and they are not called Omega Sigma Gay(well maybe in Greece, but I don´t know).

The Netherlands has huge lawless fraternities.

College can fulfill many societal functions, not just learning
