The other two are mostly for the meme but who knows. Zendaya for the star power needed for the movie to be made, and the guy would need to roid HARD to even come close, but he's tall enough and can play the menacing big guy.

A pitch attempt was made in 2009 by the guy who got Gunnm for James Cameron but ultimately the story structure would have been butchered. Even he had difficulty trying to figure out to adapt the story in a Hollywood linear format. He also tried pitching Baki and Bare Foot Gen.
