LoL, surely you can build this house for 30k but only if you already own your plot of land which can cost 150k easily next to a major city. Building costs are negligible to the costs of land.

I'm pretty sure land plots near Katowice cost similar money. Maybe if you want to buy it in some village like Bielsko then it's gonna be cheaper but who wants to live there

you can buy a 400m2 plot in bytom for 40-50k
why would you live in katowice, its a 30 minute drive from bytom thanks to the ringway

im from katowice and bytom looks like it was built ot house 3 times as many people, it needs more tenants and more money to fix up all the nice townhouses
