Flag of /Irkutsk/

I was surfing the Internet looking for good pictures of my city's flag and I realized that most flag manufacturers are stupid, lazy morons who just can't do anything more than just print a flag print on fabric.
They can't even think of just cutting off the extra fabric.
Here, look at the pic. See the edge I marked with the red line? That's where the edge of the flag should be, and what I shaded in red should be cut off. But for some reason they can't do that. It's either laziness or stupidity, or both.
Do you know with flags of unusual structure in your country?

This flag of my region with a couple of retarded squirrels holding a plate looks so fucking stupid and cringeworthy. The soviet flag of Novosib looked so much better that this abomination.
