Grisha is getting memories of the future through the eyes of Eren. While he looking like a retard in the doorway he is looking at himself through Eren's eyes in the future somehow standing there even though he can't see him irl. He could hear him though and Zeke too, he could also see Zeke through Eren's eyes.
I don't think there is someone in that feedback loop that could see Eren unless Eren is looking at himself in a mirror.
