We don’t know if the screenshots real, we don’t know where the data comes from, AND we don’t know if it’s real, since the Russian government has stopped releasing economic stats.
Even ignoring all that, if that were the case (which would be weird since produce is strictly linked to the cost of production factors, which include energy), deflation in the double digits means your economy is completely fucked. It implies some very serious shock to demand.
Any economist would take 50% inflation over 20% deflation any day.

It’s most likely not true, since there literally isn’t an official Russian entity that produces those info anymore, AND if it were true it would mean their economy is much worse off than the uks.
Again, inflation decreases purchasing power. Deflation completely halts the economy to a stop.
It means soaring unemployment and a complete stop to any kind of investment or purchase.
