capitalism BAD

yeah it's pretty bad

Its very on the nose. And doesn't work as allegory.

>guys the movie is like so clever because you know, there are different levels and the guys i n the higher levels are like so mean to the lower guys and basically this says a lot about our society lol

The concept isn't wrong but I hate that they always have to have MUH SOCIAL COMMENTARY even when there's no need. Also the analogy doesn't work when you consider the fact that the people in the hole are there by choice and that their position in the prison is completely arbitrary. The ending doesn't make sense either. It could've been a pretty cool dark sci-fi movie but they fucked up the cool concept.

>tries communism
>fails
kek, they couldn't even make it work in fiction

Huh? I didn't see any politicians. Just some guys pissing on food and beating each other up which was kino LMAO

Che Part One

You can survive up to a month without eating, why didn't they just not eat instead of kill each other?

BlacKkKlansman
The American President

>The American President

Oh this aged amazingly. If anyone wants to claim that Hollywood was more self aware and less preachy two decades ago, watch this. It's entertaining

Way to miss the point. The point is that someone who was lower will not necessarily act better when on top, and no matter if it's arbitrary or not, people will act in accordance with their level.
IRL it's random as well, some retards inherit money. Most rich people actually come from wealth.
Anyway, it's more of a movie about human nature than any faggot US political hooliganism.
It's very anti communist too because communism believes people are inherently good. It's more pro Caesar / Napoleon if anything : one enlightened dictator threating with shitting in the plates or beating people up is what it takes to make positive progress.

What's the American president about?

About the USA president. It's confusing because there are more than 20 american countries, I know, but this one is about el presidente des los EEUU.

m'kay?

This movie literally shows why every system is bad. Yes t shits on capitalism but the entire end sequence when they are trying to deliver food to the little girl they show that communism and socialism don't work either as they plead for everyone to share and be equal and show that all humans understand is force and beating them into being civilized.

It's mostly a romance movie about a romance between a president whose wife passed away and a normal school teacher.

It gets really zany when the republicans attack the president for it. You only need to watch the ending really. The last minute is pure gold.

Movie review of The platform: Capitalism bad, posted from my Apple iPhone from a Starbucks WIFI in a major metropolitan city.

Half decent remake a british classic. Like everything American.
