Yes Tulsa, a major city in one of the most relevant regions of the US.

how can i move to the us it seems cool

Are you a well-behaved, civilized Chilean or a brown shit flinging subhuman peruvian monkey from the Andes? You can only move here if you're the latter.

moving from a 2nd world country to another 2ndd world country

Why don't you build parking garages?

If the local gov could get developers to build it would. But there not a super high demand for houseing there. And before you complain about SOVL removal. Tulsa was not a big city whatsoever. Believe it or not a good amount of its cbd is still there. It was just super small.

Cheaper

There is not enough of a premium on space there. Just look at these prices.

If the land is valuable enough for high rise offices, it's valuable enough for parking garages.

>[
when euros say this they do realize that like 90% of american houses dont even have basements right?

Than why is office high rise on ?
Why not just build a wide if the land is so cheap?

I didn't mean the underground ones.

They have only built one high rise in Tulsa in the last 35 years.

you still need a foundation which isnt possible outside the east coast

Tulsa has a couple. But there for convenience. Not to conserve space.

What?
Americans are weird people.

What does this look like? Does anyone have a ground view? I want to see a desolate concrete wasteland.

>What?
bedrock and the water table are really close to ground level, it costs exponentially more to build tall buildings than to just lay everything flat

We convert them from parking lots to walking lots

But there is already high rise there and these steel parking garages are dirt cheap and dont require much of a foundation.

If you couldn't build foundations in the west then there wouldn't be any buildings, retard. You're trying too hard.
