That was 10 months ago and I am currently working a minimum wage job and I don't even have enough money to rent any place nor enough to afford college (without crippling debt)

When I turned 18 I started looking for an apartment to rent and just a few weeks before I turned 19 I found one I liked and moved out.
My parents didn't mind me staying home longer but I wanted freedom so I left.
My apartment was a attic studio type loft with a single large room, small kitchen and bath. My rent was around $450 per month.
Didn't even have a job, lived on NEETbux while trying to find something to study that interested me.
Eventually just got a job down the street stocking shelves and cleaning in a small grocery store.
That was 10+ years ago. These days I live in a small cabin that I own and got permaNEETbux.

Ask if they will accept rent to live there and get an apprenticeship in a trade.

The rents in America has always seemed absolutely insane to me.
Before I got my cabin I had some retarded ameriboo dream that maybe I could move over there.
Then I saw rents for tiny apartments being in the $1000+ range and nearly had a stroke.
So I checked other places here in Europe and it was cheaper but not by much.
That was the point when I realized that Sweden's housing situation sucks with our long queues and stuff but at least it's cheap.
