They've flooded the top tier US schools, and due to the sheer number of them and their infinite capacity for soulless toil, they've ruined all of the high end fields (e.g., medicine, engineering).

They've oversaturated STEM programs with their one-dimensional approach to life, and it's necessitated turning intro level classes into impossible "weed out" courses that don't actually teach you anything. Instead, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Calculus I, etc... are just zero-sum competitions where you need to study 20 hours per week just to get a 50% on a test, which allows you to proceed to the next meaningless course--regardless of your actual ability and aptitude for the job irl.
