Bump.

Just watched Il Buco, very pretty and definitely the most realistic caving depiction i've seen. I reckon the cowherd stuff was a bit unnecessary.
The cinema messed up the subtitles for the opening scene with those guys on the lift and it was quite funny as by the time it was fixed there were no subtitled conversations for the rest of the film.

What upcoming releases are you guys looking forward to?

The music in Annette was intentionally bad right?

Also, was the saw in the roof in Antiporno meant to mean anything? I got that the film had pretty colours, boobs, and was saying Japans masculine culture is pathetic, women trappedetc. but I assume there's more to it then that.

>What upcoming releases are you guys looking forward to?
Coppola's Megalopolis if it ever gets made.

>The music in Annette was intentionally bad right?
Yes, but I put it in the same tier of "intellectual" filmmaking as Funny Games. I mean what? Unless I turn off the tv and stop enjoying the film I'm part of the problem?

is godard's 21st century work any good? if so what are some highlights?

The most recent one of his recents films that I saw was Goodbye to Language which was in 3D. The gimmick was that the two cameras (one for each eye) diverge at one point, effectively making you the editor of the scene in real tim. It was....interesting I guess.

what were Fuller's favorite films? What were Ford's?

Thoughts on Denis Villenueve?

He's even more serious than Nolan, wtf? There's no human touch to his films. At least in the original Blade Runner the replicants seemed to be having fun. In 2049, everyone is so morose and self-serious.

Off-topic.

Based off-topic chad.

I did enjoy Sicario, may not be a masterpiece but it's a great film.
His Blade Runner was garbage though.

No. It was good, just not everybody likes Sparks.

Unironic retard.

My cock is 16 inches, black, hairy, veiny and pretty wide. So I'm smarter than you.

You have yet to reach the puberty

And imagine how much bigger it would after that.

Serra, Greenaway, Denis, Alonso, Serebrennikov, Marcello, Seidl, Dominik, Sokurov, Trier

>I didn't like it....therefore it must be intentionally bad!!
Imagine being this retarded.

Yes. In a Praise of Love, Our Music, Goodbye to Language. He also made some shorts.

Shit

>Alonso
Eureka? This sounded really good but no news in a long time.

Yes, but he allegedly already shot it.
