Internet speeds here are an embarrassment.
It's a two company oligopoly that gets kickbacks from the state.
Speeds have not increased for about 10-12 years.
Max speed you can buy is 100 mbps and it costs equivalent of 35 euros which is a lot for this shithole.
To put cherry on top Poti-Varna cable was sold to Azeris recently.
