I live in AZ and when weed was medicinal only it was high quality and sold to you as a sciencr project but there were huge legal risks to growing it yourself. Now that it's recreational and everyone grows it, the cultivation of almost all supply has gone down to a dull buzz. We're talking craft elixirs being downgraded to Bud Lite level degradation here.
