I think me having sex is the result of making lifestyle changes that enabled me to become more confident and desirable, and left me with less of a compulsion to engage in reality-escaping activities. I am working and going to school and I have a gf so I have little time or desire to consume the same tropes and stories for the billionth time. I also realized I am capable of attracting a higher caliber of women than Japanese.
