Why didn't the Mind Flayer seem to know how to actually mimic human behavior properly if he was controlled by a human mind
Why did the Mind Flayer just target whatever random organisms would serve its needs while Vecna specifically goes after troubled teenagers if they're actually the same person
Why did the Demogorgon in Season 1 just appear in Eleven's remote viewing session randomly while she was spying on some Russian, almost like it was a total accident and she just happened to perceive a creature from some neighboring dimension as opposed to it being a planned invasion
Why does the Mind Flayer talking through Billy clearly seem to phrase things as if he is a totally alien intelligence that happened to be let in through Eleven's accidental gate opening if it was really Vecna speaking
If Vecna has the same powers as Eleven and he can remote view like we see in Season 4 when he's searching for new victims, why didn't he just do that from the beginning and immediately find Eleven in either Season 1 or Season 2 and fucking kill her so that she couldn't close the gate
