I remember being really confused by their handling of A Dame To Kill For.

Like all the dialogue that really worked in the comic was changed into something that just didn't.

Also the gambler storyline was great but the Nancy plotline felt like bad fanfiction. I genuinely wonder if it was supposed to be a dream sequence or something.

What is great or good about it? Every single scene felt like it was written on a napkin ten minutes before shooting. Writing-wise, it's one of the most bizarre big-budget films I've ever seen.
