Lmao

Bad argument

>That ten minute monologue with the montage of Lars von Trier's films where the M.C. talks about "creating icons"
It's a great film but Trier is so up his own ass it almost ruined it

Completely agree, that part sucks.

lol i mean its good, i like it more than most movies that came out in recent years. but sounds like its your first thinkpiece. exist more

>horror
It's a comedy, user

I don't understand why it didn't relaunch Dillon's career.

it's not a horror movie, it's a black comedy

the entire movie is about Lars career, why call out this ten minute part when the entire movie is lars basically talking about his career as an artist.

Lars von Trier makes such happy movies. These are movies that make the viewer feel not depressed at all. He must be a happy person.

Not popular enough

OP here. Seen plenty of thinkpieces. This was one of the only ones worth thinking about.

This is one of the few movies I just couldn't get into at all. All the separate storylines were dull; just couldn't finish this tripe.

gaspar noe is the same kind of insufferable cunt
i hate all of his movies
however enter the void was kino

I like how creative and artistic Jack is. /arthouse/ fags will seethe but Von Trier should make more films like this rather than cuck porn for Cannes

Not a horror movie, it's a black comedy. But yes I wish it got more attention. Great flick.

Only the third part was really that good. Everything else was just alright.

It's pretty great. Certainly underrated.

Von Trier and Noe movies are nothing alike, what are you talking about. They aren’t just directors making movies to make you feel bad, and if you think this is the case you might be retarded

Because it's too on the nose. You can jerk yourself off on screen without gargling your balls for the camera
