I get extremely anxious about what I said or who I texted while drunk the day after, I usually ignore my phone the whole day and then when I finally watch it I find out it wasn't that bad.

Last week I went on a bender from Friday to Monday, drank 4.5 liters of hard liquor in that time. Alcohol enable my binge eating so I also decided to stuff myself until I was sick. Just now recovering and gotta make a change, I'm up to 300lbs now and pre-diabetic. Planning on being back to it in a year or so.
