Sure, it had a couple of good things. But the bad things were so bad (not everyone is equal to the law, unclear health plan, pension funds expropiation with no clear indication or numbers of what the replacement would do, almost separate states for indigenous people, taxes wasted on paying reparations, unclear housing rights and a long etc) that there was no other choice to reject this version.
