norway should be light green because vikangz

denmark is the cause of 60% of the green parts existing to start with

bvllgaria and serbia yellow
latvia orange

why are we grey though

Denmark and Sweden should be equal.

Spain isnt all that relevant for Europe imo. It had more effect on Latin America and was otherwise mostly doing its own thing or being bullied by France

It's very subjective bound to many interpretations. Like should Serbia be Green becasue of Sarajevo in WW1 and how that shifted the whole world or should it be only Orange or Yellow becasue it was a small country?
Should ancient stuff from 2000 years count? Slavs and Germanic would be at a disadvantage but one cannot deny how these groups influenced the world after that?
And so on.

Belgium didn't even exist until recently. Retarded burger made this map

serbia had empire too lol

wtf it was the premier European power, and a leading cultural powerhouse, for well over a century.

By literally what standard spain and portugal rooted anything into european culture. They only ever influenced latinx and thats it.
They are easily the least accomplished western europeans artistically, scientifically and culturally

Cont.
Or say, Bulgaria, very relevant Medieval state but almost non-existent after the Ottoman conquest
So does one make an "average" of the "relevance" of a country within a certain period? Or take into account just the recent period and/or ancient/medieval times?

Flanders was extremely wealthy and important

Finland is dark green, all other are red.

user, the very fact that they brought potatoes to Europe changed history, crops are just, if not even more important than art
>They only ever influenced latinx and thats it.
That's a huge part of the world, THOUGHT

lol

I think we should be deep green or at least green, since we are probably the only country on the continent with any what intriguing or globally important contemporary history

>NL and Austria
>dark green
no i don't think so

>spain is accomplished because they took something from another people in a boat, something literally anyone could've brought

By that standard sweden and denmark are the msot accomplished countries because they brought germans, dutch, angloids, franks and austrians into existence

Is a fucking terrible standard, spain only had a somewhat relevant role ad medium for trade and military influence but it never shaped european culture like bongs, french or germans did

>X country didn't exist officially with that name so the precursors don't count XD
Only Westerners have this dumb bureaucratic view of things. Asians for example, don't give a shit and claim all the ancestral states of their country.
If we apply Western autistic standards than Japan "didn't exist" until the Meiji period.

Hell, even austrians had a bigger cultural impact considering they directly shaped half of german culture, took a protagonistic role in WW2 and were the kangz of spain on its golden age.

Your sperging doesn't change that lelgium did not "culturally shape the world"

Don't try to argue with Latrinx butthurt

The only relevant period of spanish history was when you were ruled by austrians

>>spain is accomplished because they took something from another people in a boat, something literally anyone could've brought
Are you retarded? Or just a butthurt latrino

Like I said, it's subjective and open to interpretation.
>spain is accomplished because they took something from another people in a boat, something literally anyone could've brought
Yes, they had the opportunity and did it
>sweden and denmark are the msot accomplished countries because they brought germans, dutch, angloids, franks and austrians into existence
Yes, you actually could say that, hence why "historical relevance" is such a shaky subject
>spain only had a somewhat relevant role ad medium for trade and military influence
Well, it was important, especially, pre-1700
>but it never shaped european culture like bongs, french or germans did
True, maybe it should be lower than these but still relatively hight.

Fate of Europe was decided in the Balkans so many times it's not even funny.
It's a retarded way of thinking that the retard that made the map imagines things aren't connected

While i don't think spain is on par with Uk/germany/france its probably in the same category that austrians, portugal goes below hands down but thats a given.
Spain is by no mean one of the "big" western europeans, they may be relevant for other places but they never created a world conquering machine like anglos did either, and definitely not shaped the world culture on its totality

>sweden and poland light green
lel
