American and British
What difference?
They speak same language and wyto pipo.
They are almost same for me.
American and British
The Americans swallowed the U. British write colour and American write color. This rule applies to multiple words I can't remember right now. Otherwise there are not a lot of differences, they just use a few different words. Like biscuit and cookie
>American
>White
The differences between American and British English do not matter to someone who is probably A2 English at best
the accents sound different but if you are new to the language don't worry about it.
it's mostly the accent and some words are regional or specific to the country. for example, in the us people on the east coast will call the sidewalk the gutter; or in the us we will say jam on toast while in the UK they say jimmy jim jamie jams on toasty wostie wheaty biscuits.
We like to pretend there is a big difference, but it's basically the same. My gf just took a DNA test and she's 75% English with some Celtic on top of it lol.
British is the correct way to speak the language
British sounds more primal and savage

West Canadian sounds exactly like American mainstream English
Yes, the perfect mixture of American and British slang is 0 British slang, baka American.
in australian:
>blimey stay on the footpath you roger or the scallywag bumpersnickers will snag your trotters

At this point only America matters. It's where all the content you love to consoom comes from.
