No. I've never even been to Brazil before lol. I sound kinda gay when speaking Portuguese because that kind of how you guys' accent sounds to me. I try to mimic that cadence.

English speakers probably pronounce foreign words the most wrongly. Most of the autism for attempts to sound like a native is because of their experience with Anglos speaking their respective language. They particularly have problems with harder r sounds and vowels like e. Strange thing is that when foreign word ends with -ng they pronounce the g as hard, even though they have native soft -ng

anglos are terrible at "hard" vowels, like spanish or japanese vowels -- a i u e o
