Probably not many but there were some. The guy in the pic for example is half Finnish and half Chinese and he was born about a 100 years ago in China but when his mother died he was sent to Finland to live with his aunt who then raised him. Although he wasn't a Finnish citizen he volunteered to fight the Soviets in the Continuation war and was rewarded with citizenship.
