If you didn't know, in Africa the English speakers are being brutally oppressed by the Francophones. The Anglophones took up arms to defend their right to speak English against the Francophone federal government.

I don't speak French, but my opinion is that the great majority preference should stand. If no significant preference exists (think 75, 80% baseline), then they should duke it out until that is achieved.
