Appalachia and the Mississippi Delta are very poor. Some of the Indian reservations are even worse. When I saw the Navajo rez I saw a lot of shacks with tin roofs so flimsy they had to be held town with tires.
When I visited Israel all I saw of Beersheva was the giant mall. What are the poor areas like?

He's still right. Saxony is still a shithole in some regards. It still has some ruined buildings and factories standing around. But it's getting better. More and more residential buildings are getting restored and some of the ruined factorys are getting demolished to make way for industrial Estate.
But I kinda gonna miss the ruined factories tho. They added some form of soul to saxony. Something peaceful that wispers home.

theres nothing special about it really. Capital city Lahti has bad reputation and region doesnt have good nature to compensate unlike some more rural regions. Best thing about whole region is coat of arms really.
