I had tapioca with scrambled eggs and black coffe in the morning.

In the lunch I had white rice, black beans +ribs and sausage and cabbage with farofa. basically feijoada without the rest of the meats.

Afternoon I had bread with latte.

Dinner I will have fried chicken with white rice + rest of the beans from lunch and farofa.

Not feeling hungry today. Fucking heat kills the drive to do anything.

Literally just a few bites of snacks and chocolate.
I have not eaten a real meal today at all, it is now past midnight.
I still do not feel hungry, so I don't care.
I made a deal with my stomach, if no poo today, then no meal, simple as.
Neet metabolism.

an omelet with some sausages for breakfast and a can of salt and vinegar pringles for dinner because I couldn't be fucked to cook or order
bad idea in retrospect cause right now I'm too hungry to fall asleep and I don't want to eat more bullshit before bed

Grape nuts with dates, berries, and a banana, plus a small cappuccino
Tuna salad on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, with a kiwi on the side
Some homemade crackers
And probably will have steamed carrots, summer squash, and celery, some lentils, an egg, and quinoa cooked in vegetable broth for dinner

>We waste too much water farming animals

Coffee and cigarettes

Some plants are not as water intensive as almonds.

let me know when there's a substitute for all the fruits, vegetables and legumes
of course it won't solve much but it's something. Plus the biggest benefit is taking back the land used for farming and use it on other shit. I, as someone who loves meat, welcome lab grown meat and insects
saying nothing is useful and acting cocky on the internet like you is a loser mentality

about 200 grams of cashews

I've ate absolutely nothing and I'm too lazy to cook or go get goyslop.
