Third world democracy.
Party with most votes (Sadr's party) didn't have enough votes to form a government and didn't want to compromise in a coalition, so they quit after months of deadlock. The rest of Iraqi parliament tried to form a government but the supporters of Sadr broke into some government buildings and threatened violence. Now Sadr "quit" and his supporters are chimping out because their man didn't get his way. It's a complete shitshow and a reminder of how democracy doesn't work if a considerable percentage of the population are barely evolved orangutans.
