What is the safe daily intake for zinc sulphate monohydrate?
I read that about 10g of zinc is enough for a male my age but i have a couple of strips of tablets with 25mg Zn Sulphate Monohydrate
Should I take those daily or alternate day? (I love my kidneys btw)

i want to take multivitamins for nutrition since college food just barely classifies as edible and I'm eating a lot less than I used to
any particular brands/stuff I should know about or should I just go up to the pharmacist and ask her for a multivitamin tablet?

People are deficient in vit. D and zinc, the latter especially if you are a vegetarian cuck
I don't know if vit d tabs exist, my pharmacist didn't have them. There is a powder kind of thing which is sold in sachets so buy them
Might want to buy B-Complex too
What about muh protien? Get some from your fav source. In fact i say pay more and get membership of a mess that serves good food (and chicken/mutton frequently)
In summary buy any multivitamin tabs with zinc (10g at least) + vit d + b complex (latter you don't need to buy a lot of, you only need one occasionally)
