Officially 1903, but we had other established educational faculties in the 16th century that just never got officially elevated to university status (and the dominicans here went to Santo Domingo after their convent got destroyed by the dutch).

Unironically there's currently a presidential debate and one of the candidates mentioned Peru having it's first university in the XVIth century.
