Spaniards didn't have much imagination for surnames... all those are patronymic surnames (Gonzalo's son, Fernando's son, etc)
You missed hernandez. But those last name are very common because they dont have real origin Id say. Is just that at some point back in the day everyone needs a last name and most people don't have a noble backround or whatever so they got last names like:
Hernandez = Son of Hernando
Fernandez = Son of Fernando
Lopez idk
Gonzalez I gues Son of Gonzalo
Other spanish last names do have a specific story like this last name was given by the king to this men because they did this.
