Blonde (2022)

Holy shit the script is insane
>Whole movie is a middle finger to classic Hollywood. Monroe herself looks sick watching classic movies. Even Chaplin is shown as evil.
>Every man is a sexist pig. Every classic movie is sexist garbage. "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend" is portrayed as sexist and vulgar.
>Everyone is fucking evil.
>JFK is the final boss of sexism.
>Abortion is treated as something awful. A ghost baby haunts Marilyn for half of the movie.
This movie will break everyone. Holy shit.

Marilyn had blue eyes.

>>Abortion is treated as something awful. A ghost baby haunts Marilyn for half of the movie.
based, but seems out of place with the rest of what you've said

RDJ is white. Your point?
You people are autistic.

would never have guess that was marilyn

There's a difference. Not watching this pozzed shit. Get a white woman next time.

You are certifiably gay.

You're gay.

This is what happens when tv gets filtered by killing them softly

Is It true that we get multiple scenes of JFK violently raping Monroe?

How is Netflix going to make sure that no child under 17 watches it on its streaming service?

Is it safe to say Marylin was a top dollar escort for Hollywood?

Based.
Would be extra based.

Good, Chaplin deserves the hate

Are you that guy that spends 3 days going over every frame of the movie looking for something to add to the "goofs" section of imdb?

Her real biography honestly sounds better than what they showed in the movie. And far more tragic. The reason she loved movies was because as young she was extremely weird and liked being alone.
>"I didn't like the world around me because it was kind of grim ... When I heard that this was acting, I said that's what I want to be ... Some of my foster families used to send me to the movies to get me out of the house and there I'd sit all day and way into the night. Up in front, there with the screen so big, a little kid all alone, and I loved it."

Ana is a beautiful woman, I get the casting choice on that level, at least she can sort of relate to being a sex symbol even if that doesn't exist in the same way in this era. But, look at Marilyn man...she marketed her attractiveness to the public in a way outside of studio hype marketing. Her outfits, the Playboy shoot, she knew what she was doing. Even the feet thing is ahead of its time in a way, though it's not like that is anything new in itself, but again, she knew what she was doing. Will definitely watch to see if Ana has that same ability.

They turned Marilyn Monroe into a female Joker. Even the "daddy issues" stuff from Joker. Of course it will be kino. She's literally me.

What do you think about the new Netflix documentary about her death? How she was passed around between the Kennedy brothers, how she pretty much killed herself over one of the brothers, how they were aware of her death and covered every ties to them, and so on?

Do they play Candle in the Wind at the end? It's literally about Marylin Monroe's death.

Honestly, it sounds over the top. So it could be true. Weird shit happens all the time, specially related to politicians. The whole stuff about Marilyn talking with JFK about the war and nuclear weapons is just insane. All of it could be part of some big crime/detective noir story.

Roe is getting overturned on Friday. Will the nogs be unleashed or will there not be any riots and just landwhales in pussyhats?

Honestly, the whole deal with the Robert and Hoffman shit involving the mob could make into a great crime movie.
