There are videos about crippling Russia with sanctions since 2014. Don't know what happened to those now.

Russia is in a state of permanent collapse though, there's nothing to predict. The default state of Russia is suffering

It's hilarious
Russians areny feeling sanctions at all, but Eurotards are crying about prices. I don't expect any of the current governments in Europe to be in place by the ens of the winter .

And Russia did cripple. Russia stil didn't recover from this, they had the highest living standards in 2013 and they're still far behind this level. Inflation in Russia is huge, job opportunities are getting worse and worse, but Russia imposed so strong censorship so they even arrest people for complaining on their Any Forums counterpart (2ch)

AHAHAHA
is this how you cope with record high inflation here and fucking sugar shortages in store? You're gonna freeze in winter buddy, all for some retarded banderites.

>but not in the way we might have expected
You can say that again.

We are in a deflation spiral now mate

Only a retard would think Russia would by unscathed by losing its biggest import and export market.
My analysis is that the financial maneuvers Putin pulled off back in Spring managed to avoid the initial financial meltdown, but the effects of a lack of western goods will be felt by the average citizen down the line.

Russians can still buy western goods in stores and more and more companies are crawling back to Russia. Western sanctions are a joke.

>fucking sugar shortages in store

I was in Biedronka, sugar was in abundance.

Lowering inflation rate doesn't mean "deflation" dude, your economic knowledge is apparently close to 0.

When you had 20% y/y inflation rate and now you have 15% it doesn't mean you have deflation, you just have lower inflation rate.

What will happened if deflation continues?

I think you are lost in monthly and yearly inflation rates
Deflation means that consumption is shrinking which is bad for everyone because both the government and companies make they money of consumers

>I think you are lost in monthly and yearly inflation rates

m/m inflation is completely irrelevant in the bigger picture because it doesn't have seasonal differences into account

y/y inflation rate in Russia is very high nonetheless, along with growing (real) unemplyoment and de facto annihilation of middle class in Russia, the country will have really hard situation and most importantly - it will hit bigger cities more which might spark another 1917. A small protest in Moscow might destabilize Putin's regime more than hundreds of thousands of people protesting in the province.

There's literally a website tracking hundreds of companies that are in various stages of leaving.

Thank you for calculation real inflation and unemployment for us when it's only August. I guess European indeed live in the future

It's over. Germany officially surrenders. Tell Putin to reinstate the gas deliveries plz :(

>when it's only August.

y/y comparisons are done every month, just they compare let's say July 2022 to July 2021, only this matters. Comparing July 2022 to June 2022 indeed doesn't say much.

Why do Poles believe they know better about Russia than Russians? The average Russian barely felt the sanctions, I spoke to 3 on Discord alone.

I wonder what ethnicity could possibly be behind it

>Why do Poles believe they know better about Russia than Russians?

I don't, everything I say about Russia is what I know from Russians themselves. If I see a thread on 2ch where Russians show examples of huge inflation/growing unemployment and they're visibly angry because they do it despite heavy censorship and possibility of getting arrested for that, why I wouldn't believe it?

>I see a thread on 2ch where Russians

My man people on this site whine about having no pussy every day. Does it mean that nobody in the world gets laid?

Fuck this euro hellhole. ">We" are fucking ourselves over immensely over some retarded nonsense in a country no one even knew the proper name of 8 months ago. Just fucking end it all.

>My man people on this site whine about having no pussy every day.

But this is true - they have no pussy so they whine. Same like if they post them getting fired/getting their salary lowered because their IT company lost orders from the west, they whine. Why I wouldn't believe them?

statistically younger generations have more 20-30 y/o virgin or sexless people

>but not in the way many expected
I bet they didn’t expect they would contribute to Georgia’s economy.
I’m literally renting out my property to Russian tenants at like 2x almost 3x price compared to before the war.
Easy $$$ I hope the war continues thus more and more people leave Russia and come to Georgia thus the rent prices stay sky high.
Luv capitalism simple as

>Adidas
Russia is officially finished.

>the russian public don't support the war, they will riot!
>t-this will hurt the oligarchs they will depose putin
>...russias economy will collapse any day now with our new sanctions!!
>um uh... putin has super duper deadly giga cancer and will die soon!

Well you don't project those things on the whole country. I agree that you can face 20% inflation if you buy some special items. Personally I spend less than I did 6 months ago before the war if we talk about food and about 5% more if talk about sports nutrition

This shit is going to be so bad i'm probably gonna move to Belarus

>Well you don't project those things on the whole country.

most important from the geopolitical point of view is to hit Russian middle class, all those IT devs, financial analytists etc. A collapse of economy in Moscow will harm Putin's rule way more than some Vanya in Pizdeevsk, Tyumenskaya oblast losing his job because no one will hear about him, no one will record a video about him complaining to social media. One Russian middle class worker losing his job is "geopolitically" more important than 1000 provincial Russians. That's why the current situation is good because Russian middle class loses the most as they were most tied to western markets and western economy out of all Russians.
