Depends on the quality, raw seafood can unironically kill you if it's bad or has parasites.

It all comes down to quality and the end of the day.

how much longer are you going to try and force this meme?

Not OP, but what meme? I eat raw meat at least once a week. Mett is fucking great.

The heat of the egg cooks the meat.

Cause meat tastes better cooked while fish is better raw

Man I had raw chicken in Japan and the texture was just offputting
This is coming from someone who loves sashimi by the way...

I had it this summer. Felt completely fine. It's not really something youd eat for an entire meal anyway

crazy.
Japanese are usually reluctant to eat raw meat except horse and beef.

I had this once, it's not something that enjoyable and I have eaten raw beef, deer, moose and fish and I liked them a lot.

i ate raw fish once and i never threw up that bad, i couldnt eat for two days, don't eat it unless you're in a first world coastal town

Where is stake tartare served the most safely, I want to give it a try

It's common in Kyushu
