all of California was like this as well up until the late 1990s. It isn't fucking fair.
Even if I adjust for inflation, I could have had a place on the ocean in Malibu for like 200k that is around the same size. I fucking hate this place. crash already.

Texas sounds really nice except for being in the middle of a desert and having desert temperatures.

It is ALL insufferably hot but not an actual desert(houston at least)

I didn't say it is a desert, I said it is in middle of a desert. I doubt it is surrounded by forests and green areas. It would be insufferable for me to live there.

My country has 1995 prices now, I'm getting FOMO

cardboard mansion with fake towers, looks like shit

Thats normal for the American south.

Americans were making 10 times more though. We truly live in difficult times...

It's a swamp, they even have alligators

But you don't have our 1995 incomes.

the China Swede makes his mandatory appearance.

american mcmansions are disgusting, "architecture" without any class. Imagine having all of that architectural heritage and end up spending money to build some ugly ass mcmansions instead.

Our population constantly growing you know.
we have a 130 million more people than we did 50 years ago.
That would be like a 7-8 million-dollar home where I live.

They have forests but it's mostly all boring pine trees. The south has shitty forests in general.

Doesn't matter if the people are dangerous enough to start school shooting.

Yes, but how this relates to mcmansions?

Why would the current owners want their net worth to go down? It's something that affects companies as well. If a bank owns a large number of properties in high end areas, they want the line to keep going up, otherwise the stockholders will be angry about bad investments not yielding results.

Human societies are all about 'Fuck you, got mine'. Unless you get extremely lucky or you are born wealthy (which is just luck anyway), you will always get fucked by people in power.

Yes a 13yr old Maserati is a good investment
