Russia just kind of leaves. They get a trillion in aid over 5 years, they rebuild with better things which is what they were doing anyways prewar. The big build anyways then they take over the oil and natural gas reserves and kick it into western Europe at a discount for the aid. NATO and EU whatever moves in, then a series of smaller alliances will pop up. They'll set the border in the south east. People will come back and people will come in. The militaries bring in money naturally, and their economy will be boosted by the bases, energy, argi, and iron and ports they aquire. Poland and Ukraine will be oddly bonded which will get more gibs for both countries
