This must be another case of Americans having a skewed view on weight, causing us to not view being overweight as unhealthy. Twice I've been to a doctor and was asked if I'm "healthy." Since I'm fat, I said that I was, and then they became concerned and questioned me about why I was unhealthy. When I explained, they sort of laughed and said that's not what they meant. I suspect that it would be considered unhealthy in most other countries.
