That’s fair, but I still believe that Rwanda is developing at a rapid pace and has much more of a future than the other countries you mentioned

every poor country is developing at a very fast rate. I think it's called the catchup effect. in my opinion east africa as a whole has a bright future and they would be a significant player in the future if they can actually federalize.
