Nothing until they learn.

Waiters are such fucking fags

25-30% in Michigan. It used to be 20% but it changed since covid.

Here we tip by leaving the change on the table, this is beyond cringe

45% if good service
35% if bad service

I used to be strongly pro-tipping until I reconcilled that most of these "hard workers" are just mediocre cunty femoid roasties who want to spit in your face and at the same time feel entitled to the extraction of male resources. I wish I could negative tip every roastie whore who has ever served me, just put them in 20k of debt which they have to work off by sucking off sweaty fat old men and aggressive violent BBC nignogs.

Leaving coins as a tip is extremely rude in America

basically true but only because femoid roasties are the only ones who can make a living as wait staff

That allegedly bad tip alone is more than my hourly wage. No wonder wait staff will have a meltdown every time people say they against tipping, those kike fuckers are making bank.

I understand being pro-tipping in America, but I have zero fucking idea we tip in Canada.

They get paid minimum wage! The entire point of tipping was that they get paid under the min wage, what the fuck!

i never understood this tip thing
aren't they paid by their employer?
why would they ask extra from the customer?
if i want to buy a meal for 15$ i will pay 15$ and nothing more even if they cried in front of me
this is not prostitution

You tipping is poisoning us. When I was a kid postpone were laughing at the idea of paying extra money over the check, and now taxi drivers and waiters basically demand tips.
I got my uber passenger rating tanked by a driver because I've asked him to give me back just
one coin from the change he was supposed to give.

Never been to the UK but service in America is A1 compared to europe, if you come over one day you'll understand it a bit. Seats of choice, drinks always refilled at no extra charge (in euroland this alone could cost what we pay for a tip), constant quick service from your waiter, you can be as obnoxious as you want and they'll still put up with your bullshit.
I hate tipping culture so I never eat out, but they usually do try to earn it.

0% bad service
10% acceptable service
15% if the waitress sucks me off

I HATE TIPPING. I HATE IT SO FUCKING MUCH. I HATE HAVING TO DO THE MATH. I HATE HAVING TO JUDGE A PERSON'S SERVICE AND QUANTIFY IT INTO CASH. I HATE THOSE STUPID FUCKING SQUARE THINGS WHERE YOU ARE PROMPTED TO TIP A FUCKING CASHIER. I FUCKING HATE IT. AND WHAT I FUCKING HATE ARE ALL THE STUPID FAGGOTS THAT SAY "WELL THEN YOUR BILL WOULD BE HIGHER LEL" FUCKING GOOD. CHARGE ME MORE SO I NEVER HAVE TO TIP AGAIN. PAY YOUR WORKERS A BETTER WAGE IF THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES. I WOULD HONESTLY BE OK WITH A 25% PRICE HIKE ON ALL TIPPABLE GOODS OR SERVICES IF IT MEANT I NEVER HAD TO TIP A SINGLE TIME EVER AGAIN.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

>drinks always refilled at no extra charge
but like only water right

half the fucking cafes or restaurants you go to nowadays are just flipping the Ipad around to you or turning your hips 45 degrees to make a coffee. Fuck am I tipping you for?

Lol. Lmao. Rofl.

No he's right. It's not about just the fake friend bullshit ameriroasties put on, they genuinely tend to provide better service than bitter chainsmoking career euro waiters. Or they used to, until tipping became less a reward for quality service and more of an expectation. We need to pull back and let them understand tips are a privilege, not a right.

Correct answer is 0 or minimum required by law
