I took up pipe smoking, it’s more of a pain in the ass and you can’t do it at work. So I ended up just quitting out of lack of time in the day for it.

Don't go cold turkey. In the first two days drop the amount of cigarettes you smoke significantly. Like into half or something. Then drop one or two smokes every one or two days until you reach one. At that point you are allowed to smoke one cigarette every night before going to bed. At some point you'll feel like you'd rather not smoke. The whole process should take a week or two, depending on how much you smoked in the first place. That's the easy part. Then comes the rest of your life and not starting again.

Why do you smoke?

I used to smoke the hardest normal cigarettes I could buy, Sobranie Black, 1 and a half packs a day.
After 9 years, I was sawing my woods and I started smoking the last cigarette in the pack, I got half way and I just kinda got disgusted by it, I even made a face and I threw it away and carried on with my work, it has been 18 months since then and I never smoked again.
