Not once did Aang firebend against Ozai. Aang never mastered firebending...

Not once did Aang firebend against Ozai. Aang never mastered firebending, he just relied on his extremely vulnerable avatar state.
He never lost himself in a rage to defeat the fire lord, never realizing during sozin's comet that his fire bending would easily overpowering anything the Ozai threw at him nearly losing himself in his rage to defeat the firelord before having a moment of weakness where the fire lord took advantage of it to nearly beat him driving to his avatar state to overpower Ozai giving him one last chance to surrender before draining him of his firebending powers.
0/10 series

yeah the main cast of the show sucked
zuko and his uncle carried the show hardcore

Factually wrong

didn't he shoot a big sustained fireblast right at the beginning of the fight towards ozai to let him know he can do all 4 elements?

Even if Aang had mastered or become proficient in fire bending Ozai would've always been a better firebender, Sozin's comet or not.

sozin's comet would have amplified aang's mediocre firebending 1000x times to the point he would have nearly lost himself in a state of rage nearly killing ozai before realizing that's not what he wanted in which moment ozai would have taken advantage of that weakness driving aang to near death activating his avatar state
is how it should have gone

Sozin's comet amplifies Ozai's true master level firebending into god tier firebending.

and sozin's comet would had amplified aang's mediocre avatar firebending into an unstoppable force if he were to succumb to his rage

> Ozai has never and doesn't know how to properly fight against airbenders
> Ozai logically is weak to waterbenders
> Aang is primarily an airbender and a highly skillful waterbender
> Aang has fought powerful firebenders before
Ozai was doomed from the start. Aang was simply more prepared

Shut the fuck up you retarded autist

i'm just saying it would have been more interesting to see aang lose himself in a state of rage using his firebending skills powered up by sozin's comet to bring ozai to near death before he realized he's been overcome with rage and that isn't how he wanted to end things

This is what happened though except instead of using firebending he was in the avatar state.

yeah but before he was driven to the avatar state he should have overpowered ozai with firebending

ok tranny

TLA is cool and all but its writing often forgets the nature of the abilities people have

For example the writers want to tell you the Airbenders were wiped out - despite also informing you they are a nomadic group of extremely evasive people, who can fly, can easily live in unreachavle places, and can blend it into any society including fire nation colonies as well as (as established by the present day) unbroken Earth kingdom.
Realistically speaking you can destroy the air temples but actually wiping out the Airbenders themselves is complete nonsense, it's literally impossible.

seeing them both face off with immense firebending skills is testosterone fueled
quite literally the opposite of trannyism

No Ozai should remain the undisputed master of firebending otherwise the series buildup to him was for nothing. He could only be beat in the avatar state. If anything they should have had him put up a better fight against avatar state Aang.

Yea I never got that. They are nomadic but they live in giant ass temples? Kind of the exact opposite of nomadic ain't it?

i just wanted to see aang unleash a powerful firebending move against ozai but all we got was some big fireblast into the air

Azula vs Zuko already had firebending shit going on, dont need to ruin the final battle with the worst bending.

whining and moaning like a faggot on a horse dewormer thai forum because your children's cartoon didn't go the way your headcanon wanted it to be is peak trannism

There is zero chance that it would have harmed him in any way. Hell he probably would have redirected it back at Aang.

that's exactly why it would have been perfect
aang loses himself in a rage thinking he can defeat ozai with this move and he turns it back on him nearly killing him activating his avatar state

Aang vs Ozai was fucking dumb. They set up bending as a spiritual connection to the world and then the final battle is a dragon ball z shitfest and Aang has to cheat.

it just felt really dumb having his avatar state getting activated by hitting his back on a rock

I've always interpreted nomadic as reclusive or isolationist

>Not once did Aang firebend against Ozai.
Firstly, I'm almost positive that's not true. He did, at the very least, deflect lightning at least once, and that is a firebending skill. Secondly, it'd be kind of stupid to try to use firebending on a freakishly powerful firebending master when Aang only learned that shit last week.

Show would have peaked if it went AoT rout and showed the perspective of fire nation kids living happily in fire nation capitol, developing the characters, 4-5 eps of just that, then BOOM Aang and co come during solar eclipse and massacre innocent fire nation people who weren't expecting it. Would have added a lot of subtlty to the morality of fire nation. The finale should have been a larger arc, not 4 episodes of BS back and forth. Should have been at least a 10 episode arch like how finding Appa was.

I pity ATLA fans more than Bronies and Arcaneshills

Sozins comet happened on an Air Nomad holiday.

They are nomads. It they also had a few temples, only 4 I think. Like nomadic north Tibetans and Mongols also had some Buddhist monasteries. So yeah, burning the temples shouldn't have killed them all since you'd expect most of the nomad groups to be in the Earth Kingdom anyway.

sure, but i think at least one big avatar firebending moved amplified by sozin's comet against ozai would have been cool, but all he did was a fireblast into the air and then redirected lightning and recovered almost immediately
aang should have summoned lightning or something lol

>Aang never mastered firebending
He mastered cockbending, making my cock cum the biggest cums of all time with his delicious dexterous sphincter.

How do u go from chilling on the beach to "oh shit gotta finish the show" when Aang is as strong in the finale as he is during like, mid season 2?

It's also said that after they wiped out the temples they killed the rest after

Aang was a genuinely kind person who didnt even want to harm his greatest enemy, fuck off with your nihilistic, misanthropic pseudo nuanced approach to morals, there is enough GoT shit made for the likes of you.

Also it was a kids show.

A default Avatars bending would not be more powerful than a master's. It's the avatar state that makes an avatars bending so powerful dumbass

Lightning redirection is a firebending technique, Aang used it and that was his one opportunity to actually kill Ozai without the avatar state. Yeah he refused because he's a little bitch but the point sitll stands.

Pretty much. Killing Ozai would have gone against everything that Aang stood for.

He uses firebending in the fight, why are you niggers even discussing, OP is factually wrong
